Need to place a hold on your membership?

No problem! If you have a direct debit agreement your payments will be held whilst you are unable to attend or if you have paid upfront for your membership we can extend the end date of your membership to compensate for the time you are away.

See your membership agreement for frequency and duration of hold details.

All hold requests must be in writing and given 5 working days prior to holds commencing.
